Confirm soft deletes are being handled as expected in the ORM... #3

Soft deletes of edges seems to work fine. However, it seems that soft deletes of instances does not predictiably hide them from the jinja templates... needs more attention (happily, nodes are not deleted presently, just occasional edges.)
