Picasa user album list query only returns partial result #164

I am an iOS developer and have got quick a few complaint about incomplete 
Picasa user album list.

For example,  getting an album list feed using url: 
https://photos.googleapis.com/data/feed/api/user/picasaphotoapp@gmail.com?start-
index=1&max-results=100
only returns 9 of 27 albums (see attachment. The highlighted album is the last 
one.

I don't have an account to test on.

The issue report should include an http log of the request and response. 
Otherwise, we cannot tell if this is an issue related to the library.
