hdtSMP64.dll error when trying to load th game

Describe the bug I get the error typically given during version updates prior to mods fixing thier respective dlls

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to SKSE Launcher
2. Click on SKSE Launcher
3. Scroll down to -
4. See error "hdtSMP64.dll: disabled, fatal error occured while loading plugin"

Expected behavior It will halt the launch before loading the game

• OS: Windows 10

FSMP

• Installed version 2.2.1
• CUDA: No_CUDA or CUDA? No
• AVX: No_AVX, AVX, AVX2, AVX512? AVX

SKSE

• installed version 0.2.2.6 (You can check it in the bottom left part of the screen, when looking at your MCMs.)

Skyrim

• Installed version number 1.6.1170 (You can check it in the bottom left part of the screen, when looking at your MCMs.)

Required files

• Join your configs.xml

Additional context The only other thing I have attempting to launch when trying to load the game is Improved Camera SE debugger which is also halted by the error. Sorry if I gave more information than needed as I just filled everything out as best I could.

It turned out to be an issue with Ultra Performance Config. I kept looking at this like an incompatible dll rather than a mod conflict. Closing.
