WAV file generator with HamDRM emission #3

Would it be possible to create software that generates WAV PCM 48kHz 16-bit files - containing encoded images or files in HamDRM emission? Something like the SSTV Signal Generator, the developer of VE3NEA

Being able to encode to WAV and decode from WAV is a feature I already want to add, but it is a low priority and will have to wait until other issues are dealt with.

I added the ability to encode to WAV, but there's one flaw - created files are longer than needed. Probably that's because encoding is faster than playing, but stopping is time-dependent.
