Can we open this organisation so we can expand it ... #2

We need to have underworld dev / community users at the admin level if we are going to use this org to host the repos for the UW coupling and bgh users - @saraemp

We also need this to be a proper professional site so that we can have private repositories etc etc.

Patrice and Claire asked us to open this organisation up so that it could be used for things other than the Atlas. Not sure if that is what you want to do ... and I'll defer to your decision but more of us will need admin access here if that is what is decided.
