What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Run US version of 007 Nightfire. The game will boot, and after intro the
game will prompt the player to press start button
2. Pressing start button results in the game freezing with black screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Normally the game should start, but it freezes with black screen instead.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?

Nintendont r123 with Wii U.

Needs save-game to avoid playing Paris Prelude. Just point to Dolphin to your
GO7P.raw if any other missions freeze. Attached on this comment is a savegame
of the PAL version of 007 Nightfire. Make sure you have the PAL ISO if you are
using this memcard. Copy and paste this file into the saves directory of the
device your games are on.

Save-game helps to skip Paris Prelude and play "The Exchange". Next mission is
a driving mission, "Alpine Escape", same result, freezing with black screen.
Tested with PAL ISO and r161 on a Wii.

It freezes in every "driving" mission with black screen. Only shooting missions
are working. I extracted the game's ISO, it contains "driving.elf",
"nightfire.elf", "driving" folder (360MB) and "gc" (850MB) folder. Can this
structure cause this issue?
