If the storage on the computer is not SSD and the save directory is big, the start of the launcher could take minutes. And during this time the pc is not very responsive, as the disc drive is busy reading all the small files in the save folder.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a setting checkbox where I can disable the scanning of the save folder. Maybe only get the names and number of saves, but I don't need to see their sizes.
