Speed up translation with tools

Though we still have some work to do, the main pieces of the website are in place. It would be nice to focus more on the translation by itself and see how we can speed up with tools like automatic translators or translation memory.

By experience, automatic translators (e.g. Google Translate) tend to be very literal, and modifying the result sentence by sentence can sometimes be more time-consuming than just writing a trad. However, this opinion could change as these tools become more and more powerful.

On the other hand, the benefits of translation services like Crowdin or Lokalize could be the following:

• Separating the location of the translated file from the website itself to
  • encourage people to add new languages
  • Allow translators to rely on their preferred source language more easily
• For a given language, using features like translation memory to detect similar content and speed up the translation (to explore if it can be done with entire Markdown files)

• Lokalise and POEditor have a translation memory feature, but it's not included in their free plan.
• Transifex, Phrase String and Smartling don't have any free plan at all.
• So far, Crowdin is the only widely-used tool I found that includes the translation memory in their free plan, and it seems they provide a way to translate entire Markdown files: https://store.crowdin.com/md
