Dockerize #5

hi, maybe you want to have dbmaintain running in a container.

travis-ci build https://travis-ci.org/andre82hh/dbmaintain/builds/111711134

i have created a namespace dbmaintain on docker.io. If you want, i can add you, so you can push images too.

try 

docker run dbmaintain/dbmaintain
