Is it possible to have the LED display status based on the user's presence status. Currently it only displays status if the have taken or placed a call in the 3CX windows app, but if they use their desk phone, web application, or android/iOS it does not register that they are on the phone.
Additionally, if user sets their status on Windows app to Away or Do Not Disturb the Busylight does not register their status change. It would be nice it this could be done.
