Integrate Pixy Drivers into program #7

This will probably need to be done for #4.

I found another repo that is able to integrate Pixy2 using the USB interface and is able to stream the Pixy image to the camera server. I'm going to integrate this into our repo under a branch and see if we can also get it working. https://github.com/bullbots/TestPixy2USBCameraServer
