Also adds support for XR Interaction Toolkit.

TODO/Done:

[x] Support controllers.
[x] Support hands.
[x] Support headset.
[x] Handle switching between controllers and hands.
[x] Upgrade main project Unity version.
[x] Update debug projects.
[x] Add targetRaySpace for hands.
[x] Create scripts for loading WebXR Input Profiles.
[x] Create new rig prefab.
[x] Create new sample scene.
[x] Create new guide doc.
[x] Bug: Controller device pose is not detected on runtime, only pointer pose.
[x] Bug: Axis and Buttons actions don't work in Controller Model.

Input System needs to ignore focus. Some features have issues (hands/controllers menu). Input has lag of 1 frame.
