VR from sleep state

Describe the bug When the headset is taken off and sleep starts while in VR mode. When it comes back from sleep the VR mode doesn't resume instead you get a black void.

This happens even with the desert demo.

To Reproduce Load the demo and do the following

1. Turn on VR mode
2. Take off the headset
3. Wait how many seconds until the headset sleep is started
4. Put the headset on again

Expected behavior Continue working as if you haven't taken the headset off.

• Editor version: 2022.3.34f1
• WebXR package version: 0.22
• WebXR Interactions version: 0.22
• Built-in render pipeline or URP: URP

Headset (please complete the following information):

• Device: Meta Quest 2 or 3
• OS: Meta Quest build 64
• Browser: Meta Quest Browser 33.3
