The request is to make it so that you can highlight a Klingon sentence in Duolingo and have it be spoken by the TTS.

Klingon is only available on Duolingo web site and not in the app at the moment. On the mobile web version, at least, it seems highlighting text is disabled?

Since many recordings have been added to Duolingo, this is no longer an issue.
