missing rules file #18

Hello.

You have to create the rules file yourself, and place it in the script 
directory. I recommend you to read the wiki, in particular:

http://code.google.com/p/comicrack-duplicates-manager/wiki/RulesFileSyntax

Create the file to meet your needs. If you cannot make it happen, please, post 
in the comicrack forum, shince this is a place to report issues, not to ask for 
help.
