Throttle stick reverse should be in "model setup" than in "radio setup"

With gliders, throttle stick is generally use for proportionnal airbrakes, with 
reverse throw compare to plane : from upper end (off position, with warning if 
not in this position on powering on the radio) to lower end (full airbrakes).

=> This option depends of the model setup (like T-Trace, T-Trim or T-Warnong), 
not the radio.

In the same time, it would be great to add an "---" option for T-Trace, in 
order to inactivate this function is no motor (could reduce Tmain ?).
