Transfer files Simultef (Tx Thobois) to a file of parameters for Open9x #168

A suggestion for owners of Tx Thobois who want to discover Open9x ... For over 
20 years the Thobois users store the parameters of their models on Simultef 
format files. It would be interesting to be able to transfer these data in a 
format Open9x and get the same results programming ...
