Update calibration screen to tell user to Center spinners and paddles (pots) for proper range #105

1. Go to calibration screen

I was having problems getting my paddles to go past the middle in the 
calibration screen, the spinner/pots were fine.   A user on the forums 
indicated that I should Center the paddles at the start and sure enough, it 
worked.   This was not needed for the spinners though.

Request that the calibration screen message that states "Center Sticks" be 
changed to something like "Center Sticks and Pots" or "Center Sticks and 
Paddles" so the user correctly establishes the full range.

More testing done, only paddles need to be centered.   "Center Sticks and 
Paddles"

Argh, I'll get the wording right eventually.   Just checked the manuals and 
they refer to them as "Sliders".

So the correct string would likely be "Center Sticks and Sliders".
