New MODEL SETUP setting - 'Trim per Flight mode' = true/false #114

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x / Taranis) are you using?
using stock (relevant for all)

Enhancement description:

Add to the MODEL SETUP page, a new boolean setting (see image attached)
'Trim per Flight mode' = true/false

other optional names can be:
  'Different trim per flight mode'
  'Allow different trim per flight mode'

Usage:
True:
   The system work like today, 
   i.e. each FM have it's own trims, 
        and user can set the source of the trims

False:
   All Flight Mode use the same trim, 
   i.e. All FM use the trim from FM0, 
        and FM window does not show the option to choose the 'trim selection array' (see attached image)

On stock board? Did you try latest nightly builds for Taranis? Please don't use 
google code anymore, the project moved to github!
