Short press of ENT while browsing SD card sounds displays format option

What steps will reproduce the problem?
While browsing the sound folder on the Tx a short press of ENT displays the 
format option which runs the risk of formatting the entire SD card. The ability 
to format is already provided by clicking MENU while browsing. I would suggest 
restricting the format option to a MENU press only and including a 'Are you 
sure?' prompt. An inadvertent MENU press is less likely than a ENT press.
