Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x / Taranis) are you using?
stock
What is your openTx FW version?
2768
What is your openTx EEPROM version?
/
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on Tx. I see timer screen.
2. Move screen for example to sticks travel
3. Turn off transmitter. The turn on transmitter again and you'll see timer
screen again instead of sticks travel screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In version 2751 settings was immediately saved.

Please provide any additional information below.

And onother thing. For example you have two models saved in Tx. Then
select/load from one model to the other and turn off Tx. Then turn on Tx again
and you'll see that first models is selected instead.

Do you prefer the FW writes more often and destroys your EEPROM quicker?

FYI the stock board has no soft power feature. And the EEPROM may take up to
6ms/byte to be written ...

In v2751 saving was quicker. But this info about destroying EEPROM is valuable.

Thanks!

I don't remember I changed anything since r2751 but I will check. I reopen the
issue for that reason.

I checked on a radio using both r2751 and r2768 and can not see a difference.
Delay between the last modification and starting to save is the same 2 seconds,
and actually saving will take another 1-3 seconds depending on things like the
number of models, free space and model size.
