What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set a RSSI bar sensor in telemetry screen 3 with max setting of 100
2. Burn EEPROM to TX
3. Review setting in TX to see max setting at 255

Should be 100

If set to 99, then value comes across properly as 99.
