12 cells in telemetry view on Taranis #159

I have two FLVS-01 and a FAS-40 chained to a D4R-II. This should give cell 
voltages for up to 12S packs. However the Taranis only displays cell 1-6. Total 
cell voltage value ('Cels') is correct and lowest cell value ('Cell') is 
correct even if the cell is one of cell 7-12, so all 12 values seems to be 
present and evaluated by the firmware.

Just want to add that the same seems to be true for logging. Only values for 
cell 1-6 are written to the log file.

Implemented but not tested as I don't have 2 FLVS sensors. Are you able to 
build openTx yourself, or willing to try a test build?

Never tried to build OpenTx, but I can always try a test build.
