GVar Popop - Mini Version or suppression #92

When using the adjust gvar function, the popup fills almost the entire screen.

While this is great when setting up the model with 'one offs' it is rather 
annoying when using the adjust gvar function with advanced features like 
differential aileron suppression. 

It would be use full if an option was put in to allow the popup to be 
suppressed or very small.  Maybe a small popup on the bottom right/left?

I think we already have somewhere on the TODO list a checkbox on the GVARS page 
to disable the popup once the setup phase is over and it's not required anymore 
:)

Done in dev version - Popup only takes model image space, and can be 
deactivated for each GVAR.
