What is your openTx FW version? - 2688

What is your openTx EEPROM version? - 215

This request is to support the ability to have switch warnings to only the 
switches which are used, and ignore the rest of the switches which are not used.

Maybe a new feature to enable/disable switch warnings, individually.

Merging this into 146, would make sense doing an overhaul of the whole startup 
check at the same time.
