Roles

Course Leads

  1. Layman Course
  2. ErgoScript Course

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruiting people to teach (or you teach yourself/preparing the next candidate to teach)
  2. Setting up QA for syllabus and documentation
  3. Ensuring the courses runs smoothly throughout the semester
  4. Course Timeline and others
  5. In charge of course funds for course teachers compensation

Media Lead Responsibilities:

  1. In charge of deciding which media is needed and which is not.
  2. Recruit others to perform recording if need be.
  3. In charge of media fund team compensation
  4. Any kind of video ideas goes through Media Lead

Marketing + Networking Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Runs DeCo twitter
  2. Shill and spread the gospel
  3. Get networking connection that leads to funding

Business Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Figure out different ways to receive funding to the DAO to keep afloat.
  2. Implement them.

Events Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Run events within DeCo, etc -> Hackathon, talks
  2. Get required people to work on the events
