Currently, formulation of finite dipoles not only adjusts the formula to
calculate Cabs, but also compensates Cext to exactly satisfy the optical
theorem. The latter seems artificial as not based on any logical derivation.
Moreover, errors in the optical theorem may, in principle, be used to estimate
the overall accuracy of the DDA simulation.
So the idea is to remove this compensation.
