fix: Correct gu command for windows vs others #21

It looks like this was the wrong way around in the code example.

Hi! Thank you for the PR but the example is "ok" from GitHub workflow perspective. The combination of os: Ubuntu and cmd: gu.exe is under "exclude" key so this combination will be excluded from the set of runs.

Also I think there was one PR highlighting the same problem and i wander how i can change this workflow file to remove this ambiguity. If you have any suggestions please write it here or open another PR.
