-- add a non-owner user; -- Runner should have them as a writer. -- target sheet created by them should have them as a writer. -- target sheet not created by them, with them as viewer, should not allow them to write. -- Runner where the user is set to viewer, or whose entry is deleted, should be set to writer on every run.
