What is the name of your anti-virus tool? If you can provide more information that will help us to find the reason. And you also can compile the binaries by your self.

Entry level miner. Little experience. I have just standard windows security but other mining programs never been blocked before?

Standard windows security always warns people when a program without a valid signature. Please ignore it or compile the binaries by pulling the source from project repository.

U have any tips for uploading bhd1 wallet.dat to depinc. I checked, and the wallets are after block 870130....I checked block explorer and they were between 880000and 9200000 but I still want to validate wallet on new depinc core on desktop.

Any tips would help me learn and participate in the mining ect

You can delete all the block data from your local computer and try to use the latest version to do the syncing again.
