Number of shots will surely be one of the bottleneck of this algorithm. It's imperative to study Its impact on the QST; use QASM simulator with the StateTomography class in Qiskit and easily change the number of shots. Study Fidelity (or Tr(Hrho)?) and number of evaluations vs shots
