fixes #354

Features include:

select the pair specified in the query param pair, e.g.: /trade?pair=cuppa-xrd will automatically select "CUPPA/XRD" pair upon pageload.
ignores case, e.g. CUPPA-XrD should work too
updates query params to always reflect the current selection
