[Last.fm plugin] add scrobbler "loved track" feature

Please add "I like/I love" track scrobbler feature to last.fm plugin.

Idea: When user right clicks on a track the normal menu will apear but if last.fm plugin is enabled there will be a menu entry "I love this" or "I like this" or just "love".
