Explorer.exe not working normally #4

I have issue with explorer.exee after execute all the tweak ! i can open shortcut of folders but not execute Explorer.exe. how can i rollback this change ?

Give more information please. Windows Version. System Language. Anti-virus Program.

Windows 10 x64 Profesional 1709, in French Language with Kaspersky KIS 2018 anti virus software :p First time i tried to execute the script, it has been detected by the anti virus , by trying to change some registry keys! i added a exclusion rule about this script to make it execute without any Kaspersky message !
