Unicode supports of w2xcr #142

yes now we can produce w2xcr with unicode support.

we remove extendedSendTo supports because w2xcr is much clean to see whats going on.

fixes #138

Looks fine, although that GUI really is quite basic 🙃.. maybe I should make one in Rust but you already have a GUI anyway, I should finally finish that basic Wiki/Guide page and add a prominent link to it on it, so people see it quickly.
