Fixing #6

Hi again.

I set the "Bombinfo" to false and the "EnableVIPPrefix"to false too, but they are not working, still have chat messages and bomb info ...

Fixed in new releases (1.1.3), this release going out maybe at 11:00 CentralEU time.
