**So that** my web site is not vulnerable to CORS attacks
#### Assumptions
* Flask-Talisman will be used for security headers
* Flask-Cors will be used to establish cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) policies
#### Acceptance Criteria

When a REST API request is made
