Did you try having DeadlyBossMods as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled? No

Which version of DeadlyBossMods are you using? 1344ea41443f72c64a17c036e146bd61a0c8f18e

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one? Dunno

use alpha. this was fixed already

I indicated in my report that I use alpha, exactly the commit where it's supposed to be fixed

Do you play with nameplates off? this log is actually useless, sadly. There is no way to detect add spawns without nameplates.
