Yogg: time between 2 DeafeningRoars should be 1min instead of 30s #36

Describe the bug the DeafeningRoars cd is 1min instead of 30s. In current DBM it is 30s, which warns player too early. local timerNextDeafeningRoar = mod:NewNextTimer(30, 64189, nil, nil, nil, 2)
