If you want to have the overlay e.g. on the left bottom 1) option or auto-detect space to bottom to open commands to the top instead of to the bottom 2) option to have the minimized Icon left, not right 3) get rid of, or make it an option to not have the rectangular frame around the minimized Icon

Fixed Save Configuration in Settings.

Sorry for late. Stabilizing was done at 1.4.0.4 version. And some bug fixed at 1.4.0.5 version.

So, I will add/modify your suggestion next update.
