[Feature] Improve base endpoints

Description Inspect, redesign and improve all currently available endpoints, This is required to ensure the proper function and access to (also) other parts of the microservice.

Context Currently, endpoints lack proper implementation or are not properly migrated yet, the utilities that the endpoints leverage can also use an overhaul.

Expected Behavior

• Design utility functions and methods to simplify endpoint logic.
• Create new endpoints to leverage the microservice to users and admins.
• Improve on current endpoints to be up-to-date.
• Redesign systems which others compoments build on

Use Case Examples

• Administrators should be able to perform any and all actions to manage the microservice.
• Users and administrators should be able to view and interact with the microservice, to enable interaction with other parts of the application.
