Chinese filenames #289

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Listing files in SMB path with chinese characters shows only "/".
2. Listing files in USB drive with chinese characters does not show
correctly. "_" where shown instead.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As above.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.62, SMB on linux share and windowsxp share.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have read a few issues pertaining chinese characters problems which is
mostly on SMB which seems to have been identified as unicode support on
libtinysmb. I downloaded a copy of the source and realised that if the same
problem occurs on other types of shares, it may be more then just
libtinysmb. Just to point out so that this issue can be solved together and
not just one after another.
