File Navigation is too slow for folders with many files.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up a folder with more than 200 files.
2. Load Folder.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a relativitely quick load time. Instead it takes around 5 minutes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.75

Do you have a modchip?
No.

Please provide any additional information below.
My files are located ina Western Digital 640GB MyBook.

I have a similar problem with my 250 GB Seagate Go with 1200 files in a folder 
when 
trying to access them on 0.75. This does not occur when using MplayerWii 0.07, 
which 
opens the folder in a second.

Exactly the same here, same version.
Quite annoying, because Geexbox opened it in a second, and this program is 
better
then Geexbox but can't open it so fast.

Fixed. I upgraded to 0.76 and that fixed the problem!

Mine was actually working, but after the update it started to get really slow 
to load folders.
What should I do?

I went ahead and installed IOS202, base 60 and it worked great :)
