Accents not supported in playlists #518

Hello,

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Having a file _with accents_ shared on SMB/FTP(eg "là.mp3") and a
playlist containing this file
2. Open a Playlist -> SAMBA share 1 -> là.mp3 

The expected output is to listen to the audio file. Instead, the file with
accent is skipped and the next file (without accent) is played.

I am using Mplayer_ce 0.75 on Wii without modchip.

I have got the same behavior using FTP (I adapted the menu.conf).
I did not tried on the local SD card.
