External USB HDD refuses to mount #735

Using version r590 with cIOS 202 installer

Western Digital 250gb drive, single partition, FAT32 (primary,active)

Run program from HBC, program freezes when i try to open fat usb device, then 
reports failure to mount error. 

Tried the usb analyzer, but it too failed to initialize usb device. This is 
the log file generated: http://pastie.org/994488

usb drive works with other programs such cfg usb loader, but apps such as 
this one and wiimc dont seem to work.

similar only im using 3 partitions on a bigger drive, fat32(wiiFlow, hbc, 
Mplayer), wfbs (games) and ntfs (films/series). all was working fine with 
usb2.0 but i upgraded to the latest version of mplayer and now when loading 
from hbc it opens Mplayer and then when trying to open the ntfs drive says that 
it's not mounted. it'll read the fat drive however?
