Describe the bug
Hexia is applying her self targeting increase speed buff to a later acting champion. Of the handful I checked, Bombardier seems to do this as well.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Add Hexia.
Add Bully.
Full team or partial team makes no difference. Speed seems irrelevant.
Hexia uses A3 in round 1 which results in Bully getting an increase speed buff. Both graphics and the turn meter numbers show the error. The green speed buff icon for an applied buff is never shown.
Expected behavior
Hexia gets the buff and not bully.
