Describe the bug
If you use a fully booked Saurus as the only Champion with speed of 115 and the Deamon on Easy difficulty the speed tuning is incorrectly calculated. Turn 2 indicates that Saurus should use his A2 which isn't possible and Turn 3 indicates Saurus should attack with A1 but instead is lapsed by the Deamon into Turn 4 without Saurus attacking at all
I see the same issue with Arbiter prioritizing her A3 for Turn 0 but instead she prioritizes her A4 instead
