At first thought that Jintoro's passive was applying to the whole team and that was messing up with the speed, but i was wrong, it's just applying to himself, and because he's getting a turn before demytha, it seems to be pushing her further in the turn order, and she doesn't get to apply block damage in time. But the problem stands, the passive is not working in the speed calc, or maybe not working well, cause looking at the actual number of speed, he's getting a slightly different one from draco.
