Currently we do not report the build status nor provide unit tests for the code. This should be rectified with a high priority. In particular, in issue #35 it was found that there was a problem with running the tutorial on Windows, so it would be good to run all of these tests on Ubuntu, MacOS and Windows so that we don't have to rely on users finding such bugs.
