Currently failing because of the builder's virtualization layer Docker forum thread

Current workaround - Build on separate machines, create and push a manifest to merge the images

Remove jq from ARM image

Not required for FileMaker Server

This is a Devin.fm dependency which does not install correctly for ARM64v8 Therefore - The fix should be within install.sh, after the 'Do you want to install Devin.fm?' prompt

This will allow merging the dockerfiles into dockerfile.u22
